The “Just Peachy” is the perfect way to get your summer started! The seasonal pizza is Hard Knox’s spin on the traditional Hawaiian pizza recipe. It is a pizza that will bring you an unforgettable experience, that is one of a kind and will leave you wanting more!
Hard Knox has been serving the “Just Peachy” as a monthly special for over 5 years now! It is a recipe that is loved by both our customers and employees. It wouldn’t be summer without it!
Our hand-tossed dough is covered by our house-made white sauce. Layered with Mozzarella, prosciutto, peaches, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil. Finally, once taken out of our wood-fire oven, it is finished with balsamic reduction.
