What Makes The Best Cheese Pizza?
Our classic Marciano cheese pizza, a la Motta is a white sauce pizza wood-fired to perfection with a crispy thin crust. Our Marciano comes with basil and after-oven extra virgin olive oil to top it off and give it that extra kick.
We’re blending those old-world recipes inspired by Naples, Italy with a few modern concepts to bring downtown and all of Knoxville the best pizza we can. We work hard to make sure that you will not only love your food but you’ll love your experience at Hard Knox Pizza.

What types of Cheese do you have?
We offer fresh mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, feta, and parmesan.
We also have a 5 cheese bread small plate which is our house-made pizza dough topped with 5 cheeses: parmesan, mozzarella, oregano, smoked mozzarella, provolone, and shaved parmesan and then brushed with garlic oil.
If you’re looking for an appetizer or just a small plate then this is it. Perfection!
Is the cheese pizza good for kids?
Yes! Our Marciano is a top kids choice at Hard Knox. We get it, kids usually like it plain and simple and you want to know that you can bring the entire family to a place and not have to worry that someone isn’t going to find something that they like.
At Hard Knox Pizza, we make sure that there is something for everyone! And did you know that on Tuesdays kids eat free? They do!
When you buy any 12” Pie you can get a 8” Marciano or Marci-roni for free. We also have temporary tattoos, pizza dough for them to play with, and coloring sheets!
