The G.O.A.T stands for “the greatest of all time,” and it may be just that! Starting with an olive oil base, followed by bourbon glazed brussel sprouts, bacon, mushrooms, onions, goat cheese crumbles, and then topped with rosemary and sea salt. As soon as the pizza comes out of the oven, it is drizzled with a delicious bourbon reduction.
Are you wondering who could have created such a unique and incredible recipe? Hard Knox’s very own Grace and Emma were the masterminds behind The G.O.A.T.
The two have a love for both brussel sprouts and goat cheese. Two months ago when they started tossing around ideas for creating a monthly special, Emma and Grace knew that these were two ingredients they had to include. From there, they got creative with the rest of the ingredients! They both consider themselves to be “big food people” which is big part of why they are in the field they are and one of the many reasons they love working at Hard Knox. Using their knowledge of food, they put together a product they thought the Hard Knox people would love. This is the first special they have created and they are excited for it to be on the menu the entire month!
